All HGTV hosts will tell you that your rooms need a “pop” of color, something unexpected, something a little out of the ordinary. And what’s more poppy than something from one of the premiere artist of that era? We’re talking about Roy Lichtenstein. And, no, we don’t expect you to drop millions to add a little pizazz to your home. Instead head to Barneys’ Chelsea Passage, which has just launched a special capsule collection that won’t cause you to  sacrifice your child’s college education for the sake of decor.

Roy’s wife, Dorothy, and the Roy Lichtenstein Foundation have teamed with the venerable department store for a limited edition collection of home goods for every room in your house. The collection was fêted at Barneys New York and attended by designers such as Narciso Rodriguez, Derek Lam, Prabal Gurung and more.

“One of the most important things is that we have not only the approval but we are collaborating with Dorothy. She would never do anything if she felt he would not have approved,” said Creative director Dennis Freedman.
